Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and jom33 ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jom33.onl website and all services provided on it.

By completing registration, making your first deposit, or simply browsing this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jom33 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility and Registration

To register as a jom33 member, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not be listed on any recognised self-exclusion register, whether voluntary or mandated.
• Register in your own name and for your personal use only.

jom33 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Member Account

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account, including activities carried out by any party you permit to access it. This responsibility is absolute and cannot be transferred to jom33.

All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are required to update your account details should any changes occur. jom33 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure the registered email address is active and accessible only by you.

Deposits and Payments

jom33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All methods have a minimum deposit amount of RM20 per transaction.

Funds deposited into your jom33 account are used solely for wagering purposes within the platform. You agree that all deposits are final and cannot be charged back through your financial institution once play has taken place.

jom33 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks on every deposit request for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering and identity verification purposes, in line with our international licensing standards.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. jom33 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals involving larger amounts.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same member's name.
• Any unsettled bets or unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements may delay the processing of a withdrawal.
• jom33 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected on the account concerned, until an investigation is completed.
• In certain exceptional circumstances, jom33 reserves the right to request that a member submit a copy of their MyKad or passport for identity verification purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by jom33 are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms set out for each offer. Members are responsible for understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: jom33 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the value of the bonus received before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Using multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure. jom33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Member Responsibilities

As a jom33 member, you agree not to do any of the following while using our platform:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated methods to access or interact with the platform without written permission from jom33.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking or activities that disrupt the operation of the platform.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits into a jom33 account.
• Channelling money through our platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another party.

A breach of any one of these conditions may result in immediate action including suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of the existing balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Account Termination

jom33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• A request from legal or regulatory authorities.
• A member's decision to close their account voluntarily.
• Account inactivity over an extended period in accordance with our internal policy.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the member subject to a successful review and identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

jom33 provides its platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free or be free from viruses at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jom33 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned technical maintenance.
• Unauthorised access resulting from a member's own failure to maintain account security.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Amendments to Terms

jom33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is explicitly stated.

It is the member's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms governing use of the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes valid acceptance of that amendment.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and contact our customer support to request account closure if needed.
